We want you and your little one to love every piece from Tiny Tailors. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Your right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. To cancel, tell us clearly — email info@tinytailors.com with your name and order number, or use the cancellation form below.

Returning an item

• Please send the items back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.
• You can handle and try items on as you would in a shop to check the size and fit. Please return them unwashed, with any original tags attached, so we can resell them.
• If an item has been worn, washed or handled more than needed to check it, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
• You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or was sent in error. We recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

We'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the items back (or of you showing us proof that you've sent them, if that's sooner). If you cancel your whole order, we'll also refund the standard delivery cost you paid.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please email info@tinytailors.com as soon as you can — a photo helps us sort it quickly. We'll arrange a free return and a replacement, repair or full refund, including postage.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — including the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days — are not affected by this policy.
