These terms apply whenever you use tinytailors.com or place an order with us. By using this site, you agree to them.

tinytailors.com is run by Tiny Tailors, a sole trader business based at Stanley Stables, Church Path, Swanley, Kent BR8 7NY, United Kingdom. Email info@tinytailors.com or call +44 7405 583553.

Orders & payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£). We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the point of checkout. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, when we email you your order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unexpectedly out of stock — in which case we'll refund you in full.

Product accuracy

We do our best to describe and photograph every item accurately. As each piece is hand-finished, slight variations in stitching or colour between photos and the item you receive are normal and not considered faults.

Shipping

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery is free on orders of £50 or more; orders under £50 are charged a flat £4.99 for Royal Mail Tracked 48 (normally 2–4 working days). See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including our logo, photography, and text — belongs to Tiny Tailors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
